The poor side of town where folks of little means live (the poor folk). It's not a bad place, its just not the best. House are built of whatever can be found: cabins of cardboard and shipping crates. Many of Barely There's most prominent characters were born and raised in Humble Hollow.

Humble Hollow is one of the primary places from where strength of character comes from. A thin stream of water that trickles pathetically between the ramshackle shanties is called Po' Folk Creek.
